Musharaka REIT plans 3% cash dividend

Musharaka REIT Fund will pay a 2.8 percent cash dividend for the period from Aug. 18 2018 until Dec. 31, 2018, at SAR 0.28 per unit, amounting to SAR 24.64 million, the fund manager, Musharaka Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

 The dividend represents 2.7 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2018, the fund manager added.
