Alinma Tokio Marine reappoints board chairman

Alinma Tokio Marine Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Abdul Mohsen Al-Faris – non-executive member - as board chairman for the current three-year term that started on Jun. 9, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

The board has also reappointed Hironari Iwakuma - non-executive member - as vice chairman.

 

The company also formed the executive, nominations, risk, investment and audit committees.
