Al-Khodari board member resigns

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of Munir Al-Borno, an independent director, effective from Dec. 13, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Al-Borno, who joined the board, the audit and remuneration committees on May 11, 2017, tendered his resignation on Nov. 28 for personal reasons, Al-Khodari added.
