6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.

 

1) Saudi Steel Pipe Company (SSP) won on Tuesday two contracts worth over SAR 75 million to supply steel pipes to Saudi Aramco.

 

2) Al Kathiri Holding Co. on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Spain-based Constructora d’Aro for an exclusive franchisee to produce three-dimensional concrete structures.

 

3) Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) shareholders have elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2019.

 

4) The maximum number of customer complaints was registered against Mobile Telecommunications Company Saudi Arabia (Zain Saudi) in the third quarter (Q3) of 2018, data issued by the Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) showed.

 

5) Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s subscribed units are allocated at a minimum of 50 units per subscriber while the remaining will be allocated on a pro-rata basis for each request exceeding the minimum.

 

6) Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund saw a negotiated deal on its stock, where 13.45 million units were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 8.90 per unit against an official price of SAR 8.83.
