Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund saw a negotiated deal on its stock today, where 13.45 million units were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 8.90 per unit against an official price of SAR 8.83.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not directly impact the market price.
