Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s subscribed units are allocated at a minimum of 50 units per subscriber while the remaining will be allocated on a pro-rata basis for each request exceeding the minimum, Alkhabeer Capital, the fund manager, said.
“The receiving banks have started the surplus refund process,” Ahmed Saud Ghouth, Alkhabeer Capital’s CEO said, adding that the REIT’s units will be listed on Tadawul soon after completing the required regulatory requirements.
Alkhabeer Capital has recently closed the initial public offering (IPO) of its newly-launched Alkhabeer REIT Fund. The fund was oversubscribed at 104 percent and raised over SAR 247 million, from 25,124 individual and institutional subscribers participating in the IPO.
