Saudi Arabia will introduce new training programs for teachers in the academic session 2018-19, Arab News reported, citing the Kingdom’s Education Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Issa.
The Education Ministry said in a statement it wants to enhance the education system to help give new impetus to the ongoing development process in the Kingdom as envisaged in Vision 2030.
Postgraduates are eligible to enroll in these programs. However, the minimum eligibility set for early childhood female teachers training program is the bachelor’s degree, the statement added.
