State oil giant Saudi Aramco and the board of directors at King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) signed SAR 1.2 billion worth agreements with local and international companies, a company statement said on Monday.
The agreements include land leasing and joint venture (JV) deals, it added.
The firms include:
- Schlumberger
- Halliburton
- Oilfields Supply Center
- Saudi Information Technology Company (To set an ICT investment firm)
- Raytheon (To set up a cyber-security firm)
- National Oil Services Company (Leasing land for a special chemical production facility at the oilfields)
- National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah)
- Emerson
- UND Aerospace Foundation
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman broke ground on the first phase of SPARK, located in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province, yesterday.
