Argaam wins Sheikh Mohammed’s 'Arab Social Media Award' 2018

@Argaam's Twitter accounts – including @ArgaamIM and @ArgaamPlus – won  on Monday the Arab Social Media Award 2018 in economy, for its work to provide a real-time coverage of influential economic news, not only in the Arab world, but worldwide.

 

The award was received by Tariq Al-Asiri, Co-Founder of Argaam.

 

The prize was launched in June 2014 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to reward those who utilize the positive potential of social media for the good of the Arab world.

 

It includes 20 categories, covering all kinds of social media activities and initiatives by individuals and organizations, as well as the title of “Social Media Personality of the Year” for the region’s most influential online figure.
