Hail Cement appoints new chairman

Hail Cement Co.’s board of directors approved on Dec. 3 the appointment of Ali Othman Al Zaid as the company’s new chairman.

Meanwhile, Qasem Saleh was also named as the deputy chairman, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

The board approved the formation of the audit and remuneration committees, appointing two other board directors as representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
