Leejam Sports to open e-voting on general meeting items on Dec. 5

Leejam Sports Co. will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Wednesday Dec. 5, 2018, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until Dec. 9, 2018, the statement added.  


Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
