Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is currently on a two-day official visit to Algeria, continuing a tour of Arab nations, an official statement said on Monday.
The visit is aimed at talks with senior officials covering regional developments, bilateral relations, investment projects and economic partnerships, the statement said.
“The Crown Prince’s visit to Algeria stresses the deep-rooted relations between the two countries and the joint action to develop them in all fields. This visit is a new start towards broad aspects of cooperation between the two countries,” Abdulaziz Al-Omairini, the Saudi Ambassador to Algeria, said.
The Crown Prince is continuing a recent tour of Arab countries, which began late last month. Before attending the G20 summit in Argentina, he had visited the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt and Tunisia.
