Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) Bonyan REIT Fund will pay a 2.45 percent cash dividend for the period from July 3, 2018 until Oct. 31, 2018, at SAR 0.245 per unit, amounting to SAR 39.91 million.
2) Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) has signed an agreement to acquire Japanese Mizuho Corporate Bank Limited's 2.50 percent stake, or 18.7 million shares, for SAR 253.1 million.
3) Qassim Cement Co. on Dec. 26 will elect a new board of directors as well as an audit committee for the next three-year term starting on Jan. 1, 2019.
4) Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) on Nov. 28 elected a new board of directors for the coming three-year term starting on Dec. 1, 2018.
5) Assets held by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom’s central bank, declined by SAR 10.9 billion month-on-month to about SAR 1.932 trillion in October.
