Mobily elects new board, audit committee

Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) on Nov. 28 elected a new board of directors for the coming three-year term starting on Dec. 1, 2018, the Saudi telecom operator said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also formed a new audit committee for the same board term, and approved amending regulations of audit as well as nomination and remuneration committees, the statement added.
