Bank Aljazira to elect new board, audit committee in December

Bank Aljazira on Dec. 19 will discuss authorizing the board of directors to pay interim quarterly or semi-annual dividend if any, the bank said in a bourse filing.

 

The bank shareholders will also vote on electing new board members as well as a new audit committee for the new three-year term starting on Jan. 1, 2019, the statement added.
