ArabNet returns to Riyadh with ‘Rise of the Innovation Kingdom’ on Dec. 12

Tech and innovation event organizer ArabNet will organize “Rise of the Innovation Kingdom” in Riyadh on Dec. 12-13, featuring two major start-up events in partnership with Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) and Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).

 

Monsha’at Startup Saudi is set to host over 3,000 entrepreneurs, youth and students, ArabNet said in a statement.

 

The event is expected to bring together more than 1,000 corporate executives and senior government leaders.

 

It will feature over 200 startups and 100 investors, with more than $1 billion in capital available for startups seeking investment, hosted for the 7th time by King Abdulaziz City of Science Technology (KACST) and Badir Program for Technology Incubators.

 

Sponsors include: NCB, Riyad Bank, Elm, Digital Media Services (DMS)and OMD. In addition, Saudi Customs, Meem Bank (by GIB), Dawiyat, Saudi Research and Marketing Group, Careem, Hyperpay, Criteo, and HalalaH are also strategic sponsors.

 

Several initiatives to support entrepreneurs will be featured at the event, such as The Academy for workshops, The Clinic for consultations, and Sawalif Riyadeyah, in which successful GCC founders will share their inspirational stories.
