1) Arabian Cement Co. said that the deadline for the construction of its cement mills in Rabigh will be pushed to the third quarter of 2019, as the contractor is not meeting the proposed schedule.
2) Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. opened a new store in Al Nadwa District in Riyadh on Nov. 19.
3) Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. saw two negotiated deals on its stock, where 2.35 million shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 9.22 per share against an official price of SAR 8.57.
4) National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) will utilize the proceeds of the initial public offering (IPO) to expand the company's portfolio, vice chairman Khalid Al-Khudair said.
5) AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. (AXA) has re-appointed Yousef Saleh Abalkhail as the chairman of the board of directors, effective immediately, the insurer said in a bourse filing.
6) Nama Chemicals Co.’s major shareholders submitted a request for holding a general assembly meeting to vote on dismissing the existing board of directors and electing a new one.
