Bupa Arabia announces the start of board nomination period

Bupa Arabia on Sunday announced the start of the nomination period for electing a new board of directors for a term of three years, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The term will begin from July 1, 2019 and will end on June 30, 2022, the statement added.

 

Applicants have to send their nomination notification in accordance with the company’s nomination and appointment policy, it further said.
