SAPTCO shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Dec. 12

Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws and corporate governance during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on Dec. 12, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
