Taiba Holding to pay Q3 dividend on Nov. 15

Taiba Holding Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the third quarter of 2018 on Nov. 15, 2018.

 

Shareholders of record on Nov. 7, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Earlier this month, the company’s board of directors recommended a 5 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 75 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
