HSBC Saudi Arabia has launched the global program for Saudi youth development, the bank said in a statement on Sunday.
Under the new scheme, HSBC Group will offer training for Saudi graduates in the financial sector for 18 months.
A theoretical and practical training will be offered by HSBC professional experts in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
The new program comes as part of the initiatives aimed to develop youth competences and career path, so as to build a wide base of qualified national cadres.
Majed Najm, chief executive officer of HSBC Saudi Arabia, said: “HSBC Saudi Arabia is well-positioned thanks to its commitment to training fresh graduates and enhancing their skills to take up leading positions going forward. The new initiative comes in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and helps national cadres capitalize on development opportunities.”
