Mulkia REIT to pay Q3 dividend on Nov. 5

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT said it will pay cash dividend for the third quarter of 2018 on Nov. 5, 2018.

Shareholders of record on Oct. 16, 2018, including those registered at the Decurities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Earlier this month, the fund manager declared a 1.7 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.17 per share, amounting to SAR 10.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
