Saudi Arabia closes SAR 3 bln domestic sukuk issuance

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Finance has sold SAR 3.25 billion worth of domestic sukuk under the government’s riyal-denominated sukuk program, it said in a statement.

 

The issuance was divided into three tranches:

 

- the first tranche was valued at SAR 2.33 billion, maturing in 2023;

- the second tranche was worth SAR 360 million, maturing in 2025;

- the third tranche was set at SAR 560 million, maturing in 2028.
