The National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) will close the retail subscription for its initial public offering (IPO) today.
The Riyadh-based school operator offered 13 million shares, or 30.23 percent of its capital, in the IPO that started on Oct. 22 (Monday). The issue price was set at SAR 19 per share.
The share sale aims to hike capital to SAR 430 million from SAR 300 million at a share price of SAR 19 per share.
