Saudi Arabia’s holdings of US Treasuries stood at $169.5 billion in August, a rise of $2.7 billion month-on-month, new data released by the US Treasury showed.
At the highest level since July 2015, the Kingdom maintained its 10th place among the largest holders of US debt in August 2018.
Meanwhile, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) decreased its holding by around $700 million to $59 billion in the same period.
