National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) said a hearing for the compensation claim filed by the Saudi transport ministry against the company was postponed to Dec. 12, 2018.

The ministry has filed a claim against the company demanding a compensation of SAR 130.29 million for damages caused by the GASCO’s gas tanker explosion in 2012.

The court has previously issued a preliminary judgment denying GASCO’s liability for the incident, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
