Wafrah board member resigns

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.'s board of directors accepted the resignation of Turki Al-Baqmi, an independent director, effective today, Oct. 3.

 

Al-Baqmi, who joined the board on July 4, 2016, tendered his resignation on Sept. 30 for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
