Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG) has recently launched Almall (The Mall), a new e-commerce app that serves as a platform for both top international and local brands to sell their products.
“Upgrading an industry requires creative thinking, as challenges create new opportunities,” Mohammed Al Harthy, head of Almall, said in a statement. Al Harthy is also Editor in Chief of Sayidaty and Aljamila magazines— both of which are published by Saudi-listed SRMG across the Arab world.
Online marketing tools jumped 86 percent in Saudi Arabia last year, Al Harthy, said, adding that the new application will also help local designers showcase their products online.
Almall provides a number of services, including free shipping inside the Kingdom, with no minimum limit for purchases. It also offers 30-70 percent discount vouchers, free delivery services, cash upon delivery, and return services.
