Takween names Khalid Alrajhi as board chairman

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board of directors has appointed Khalid Alrajhi as board chairman effective from September 25, 2018 until the end of the current term on November 21, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision came after the company’s former chairman Abdullah Al Othman submitted his resignation on August 1, 2018 for personal reasons.

 

Alrajhi has been board member at Takween since November 2011. He is also a board member at Bank Albilad, Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co., Saud Cement and Tanami Arabia Co., the statement added.
