The total recovered amounts rose to SAR 6.5 billion, Al-Madinah newspaper reported, citing Estate Contributions Committee (Tasfiah).
Tasfiah is currently finalizing 177 contributions, it said, pointing out that the commission is facing many challenges, especially with contributions’ owners who stall despite the gradual sanctions imposed on them.
The committee is following up on the regulatory approval of the contribution deed of Khalij Salman in Jeddah, while the contributions of Venice Islands, Eif and Jumaa are not under its authority.
Meanwhile, the contribution of Jeddah Shadows is in the executive court, while a royal order was issued on Molaysa land and it is underway. There’s a problem with the contribution of Al Fayhaa scheme, as a study was done to lift the marginalization and update the deed.
