Abdulrahman Alrashid still owns 60% of Bonyan REIT: Saudi Fransi Cap

Saudi Fransi Capital, the fund manager for Bonyan REIT, said in a bourse statement on Wednesday that Abdulrahman Saad Alrashid & Sons Co. (ARTAR) still owns 60 percent of Bonyan REIT units.

 

These units are subject to a one-year lock up period starting from the fund’s debut date, the statement added.

 

The clarification came in response to the false news circulated by local media yesterday.
