MedGulf Insurance’s rights issue begins on Sept. 17

The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co.’s (MedGulf) said that its SAR 400 million rights issue will begin on September 17, 2018.

 

The subscription period will continue until September 27, 2018, the insurer said in bourse statement.

 

On Monday, the company’s general assembly approved a 100 percent capital hike to SAR 800 million from SAR 400 million through a rights issue, Argaam reported earlier.
