National Building postpones Q2 earnings disclosure

National Building & Marketing Co. has postponed announcing its financial results for Q2 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The auditing of the company’s financial statements was delayed due to the implementation of the new corporate law.

 

Financials will be disclosed over the coming days.
