Point-of-sale (POS) transactions in Saudi Arabia rose 25 percent to SAR 19.18 billion in July from SAR 15.30 billion a year earlier, figures from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
Data showed that 85.54 million transactions were processed through nearly 327,780 points-of-sales in shopping malls, retail stores, and pharmacies.
