Dur shareholders to elect board members on Sept. 11

Dur Hospitality Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term during the general assembly meeting that will be held on September 11, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing members of the audit committee and amending company’s bylaws.
