Al Jouf Cement Co. on Aug. 7 signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Palestine-based Sanad Trading and Marketing for cement and clinker exports.
No further details were disclosed about the deal value.
The preliminary agreement, which came into effect immediately, will be valid for three months, Al Jouf said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The Saudi cement producer added that no related parties are involved in the deal.
Sanad is the largest distributor of cement in Palestine, as it meets approximately 65 percent of the needs of the Palestinian market.
