SPIMACO to open board nominations Sept. 2

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) will open on Sept. 2 nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Apr. 3, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Sept. 2, until Oct. 1.
