Al Khaleej Training and Education Co. expects the financial impact of the National Contact Center (Amer 2) project to reach SAR 30 million, and to reflect on earnings of the coming three years, CNBC TV has reported, citing Al Waleed Al Dryaan, chief executive officer.
“The project, which will be set up in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah, comprised 33 state entities, and 328 employees”, Al Dryaan noted.
On a separate note, Al Dryaan forecast the company will witness a number of challenges in 2018. However, it will record strong results, boosted by projects and a cost-efficiency strategy, he added.
“We are looking forward for better performance over the coming six months”, he said.
Al Khaleej Training and Education recently signed a SAR 86.4 million contract with the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
Under the agreement, Saudi-listed Al Khaleej Training will establish, operate and manage the National Contact Center (Amer 2) for the e-government program (Yesser). The tenure of the contract is 36 months.
