Al Khaleej Training and Education signed a SAR 86.4 million contract with the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) on July 12, the company said in a statement on Tadawul Wednesday.
Under the agreement, Saudi-listed Al Khaleej Training will establish, operate and manage the National Contact Center (Amer 2) for the e-government program (Yesser).
The tenure of the contract is 36 months starting from notice of work commencement.
There are no related parties in the deal.
