Aljazira Mawten REIT plans dividend for H1 2018

Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund will pay a 5 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2018, at SAR 0.5 per unit, amounting to SAR 5.9 million, Aljazira Capital, the fund manager, said in a bourse statement.

 The dividend represents 4.86 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2017, the fund manager added.

The dividend includes an amount of SAR 4.57 million which represents rental income related to H2 2017 but was collected during H1 2018, the statement also said.
