Al Sorayai names new chairman, vice chairman

Al Sorayai Trading And Industrial Group Co. has named Saleh Al Sorayai as a chairman of the board of directors for a three-year term ending on July 15, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Mansour Al Kharboush was appointed as a vice chairman during the board meeting.

 

Board members also formed executive as well as remuneration and nomination committees.
