Al Rajhi REIT plans dividend for H1 2018

Al Rajhi REIT Fund will pay a 1.74 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2018, at SAR 0.174 per unit, amounting to SAR 21.24 million, the fund manager, Al Rajhi Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.85 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2018, the fund manager added.
