Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) said in a bourse statement on Thursday that it expects to finalize and disclose its annual financial results for the period ending on March 31, 2018 within three months.
On Jun. 30, the telecom operator said it failed to reveal its annual financial statements, amid uncertainty about continuing as a going concern after the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) rejected the firm’s request to get the unified telecom license, Argaam reported.
The company added that it needs more time to re-study its strategic options concerning potential partnerships or mergers, which would determine its continuity and future, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Saturday.
