Hail Cement Company said in a bourse filing that chief executive officer, Matar Alzahrani, has submitted his resignation , effective as of August 30, 3018.

 

The Saudi cement manufacturer also announced the resignation of board member, Ahmed Al Rajhi, as he was named by a royal decree as the minister of labor and social development.
