Chubb Arabia to hold annual general meeting on July 24

Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company invited its shareholders to the annual general meeting, second meeting, on July 24, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders registered in the Company's register with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa Center) at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting are entitled to attend it.

 

On June 27, the Saudi-listed firm postponed its annual general assembly meeting due to a lack of quorum.
