Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer, plans to be present in the entire value chain of India's energy sector, Reuters reported on Monday, citing its chief executive officer Amin Nasser.
The company is looking at "all options" to enter fuel retailing through partnerships with Indian Oil Corporation, he added.
In April, the company CEO had announced plans to venture into fuel retailing in India only after the $44 billion refinery-cum-petrochemicals complex was ready.
