EIC opens nominations for board membership

Electrical Industries Company (EIC) will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Sept. 10, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from June 24 to July 24, as per the regulatory requirements, the statement said.
