SGS board member resigns

Saudi Ground Services (SGS) board of directors on Sunday approved the resignation of Mohammed Al-Salmi, non-executive board member, effective Jun. 10.

 

Al-Salmi stepped down, as he was appointed as deputy minister of civil service, the company said in a bourse statement.
