Jadwa REIT Saudi sees a negotiated deal worth over SAR 3 mln

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund saw a negotiated deal on its stock today, where about 400,700 shares of the company were privately traded above market price.

The shares changed hands at a negotiated price of SAR 9.50 per share against an official price of SAR 9.38 for a total of SAR 3.81 million.

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
