Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Amana Insurance) ordinary general assembly approved a total remuneration of SAR 1.5 million for the board of directors for last year, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul Thursday.
Shareholders also approved related party contracts, as well as board and audit reports and financial statements for fiscal year 2017.
In addition, they agreed on appointing external auditors for auditing the quarterly and annual results of 2018, as well as Q1 2019.
The assembly also discharged board members from liabilities for the fiscal year 2017.
